Stamp duty Exemption for first time owner

Did you recently purchased a new house and you're a first time owner? Did you know during the recent budget announcement that they will increase the stamp duty exemption from 50% to 75% for any transfer of documents and loan agreements. You didn't know?

Carry unabsorbed losses

Public Ruling No 4/2022

Did you know that taxpayers who didn't settle their taxes will be stopped from leaving the country? this is because IRB has issued a new Public Ruling No. 4/ 2022, if you don't settle your taxes, taxpayers will be fined ranging from RM200 to RM20,000 or jail time of 6 month, or both.

Tax Rebates for income less than RM35,000

Tax season is coming and did you know that there is a tax rebate given to the lower-income group? if your chargeable income is less than RM35,000 you may get a RM400 tax rebate.
